1. Overview
Rocketegy Enterprise (202103167161) operates Card Fusion on a subscription basis. We want you to be satisfied with our service, and this policy outlines when and how refunds may be issued.
2. Subscription Cancellation
You may cancel your subscription at any time from your billing dashboard. When you cancel:
- Your subscription remains active until the end of the current billing period.
- You will not be charged for the next billing cycle.
- Access to paid features continues until the period expires.
Cancellation does not automatically entitle you to a refund for the current billing period.
3. Refund Eligibility
We offer refunds in the following circumstances:
- Billing errors: If you were charged incorrectly (e.g., duplicate charge, wrong amount), we will refund the difference in full.
- Service unavailability: If the platform is inaccessible for more than 72 consecutive hours due to issues on our end, you may request a pro-rated refund for that period.
- New subscriptions — 7-day cooling-off: If you subscribed for the first time and request a refund within 7 calendar days of your first payment, we will issue a full refund provided you have not exceeded reasonable use of the platform (as determined at our discretion).
4. Non-Refundable Situations
Refunds will not be issued in the following cases:
- Cancellation after the 7-day cooling-off period for ongoing subscriptions.
- Unused portion of a subscription period after cancellation.
- Downgrade from a higher to a lower plan mid-cycle.
- Account suspension or termination due to violation of our Terms of Service.
- Failure to cancel before the renewal date.
- Change of mind after the cooling-off period.
5. Yearly Subscriptions
For annual plans, refunds are only available within the 7-day cooling-off period from the date of first payment. After this period, yearly subscriptions are non-refundable but remain active for the full subscription year.
We recommend trialling a monthly plan before committing to an annual subscription.
6. How to Request a Refund
To request a refund, contact our support team with the following information:
- Your registered email address.
- Date of the charge and amount.
- Reason for the refund request.

7. Refund Processing
Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 7–14 business days, depending on your bank or card issuer. We will notify you by email once the refund has been initiated.
Refunds are issued in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). Any currency conversion fees or differences are outside our control and non-recoverable.
8. Changes to This Policy
We reserve the right to modify this Refund Policy at any time. Changes will be communicated via email or a notice on the platform. The policy in effect at the time of your purchase applies to that transaction.
