1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using Card Fusion (the "Service"), operated by Rocketegy Enterprise (202103167161) ("Company", "we", "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

These Terms are governed by the laws of Malaysia.

2. Description of Service

Card Fusion is a Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) platform that enables companies and individuals to create, manage, and share digital business cards. Features include:

• Digital business card creation and customisation.
• Team and employee card management for organisations.
• QR code generation and shareable card links.
• Subscription-based billing plans.

3. Accounts and Registration

You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account. You are responsible for:

• Maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials.
• All activities that occur under your account.
• Notifying us immediately of any unauthorised access at teo@futuretech.com.my.

You must be at least 18 years old to register an account.

4. Subscriptions and Billing

Access to certain features requires a paid subscription. By subscribing:

• You authorise us to charge the payment method on file on a recurring basis (monthly or yearly) per your selected plan.
• Subscription fees are charged in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR) and are inclusive of applicable taxes.
• Prices may change with 30 days' notice. Continued use after notice constitutes acceptance.
• You may cancel your subscription at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Service to:

• Upload or share content that is unlawful, defamatory, obscene, or infringes on third-party rights.
• Impersonate any person or entity or misrepresent your affiliation.
• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the platform.
• Use automated tools to scrape or bulk-harvest data.
• Engage in any activity that disrupts or interferes with the platform's operation.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms without prior notice.

6. Intellectual Property

All platform content, design, software, and trademarks are the property of Rocketegy Enterprise You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the Service for its intended purpose.

You retain ownership of the content you upload (logos, photos, card data). By uploading, you grant us a licence to display and process it solely to provide the Service.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by Malaysian law, the Company shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service, including loss of data, revenue, or business opportunities.

Our total liability to you for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 3 months preceding the claim.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. Scheduled maintenance may result in temporary downtime, and we will endeavour to provide advance notice where possible.

9. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account at our discretion if you breach these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately. Provisions that by their nature survive termination shall remain in effect.

You may delete your account at any time through your profile settings.

10. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of Malaysia. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Malaysia. We encourage resolving disputes amicably by contacting us first.

11. Changes to Terms

We may modify these Terms at any time. We will provide at least 14 days' notice of material changes via email or platform notification. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
